Who should attend the Challenger Corporate Mission? 14-20 employees that need to: - Communicate their ideas completely - Make appropriate decisions quickly - Interact with co-workers and customers successfully - Solve real-world problems creatively Professional Instructors for the Challenger Corporate Flight Program are Purdue University Calumet faculty who have expertise in their field and can challenge your employees as they develop their communication skills, and flight directors for the Voyage to Mars mission that work with the equipment and the mission daily. Providing the framework for 21st Century Learning, the mission will help strengthen skills in communication and teamwork through various activities. This enables participants to understand the thematic topic of the mission and afford a hands-on, realistic approach to engage adults in an effective, challenging activity that forces them to use workplace skills in an exciting setting. It will essentially encourage participants to think outside the box, analyze team dynamics and take this fresh perspective back into the work environment.
